I am, respectfully, your obedient servant, I hope it will prove to be deserving of all the labor that it has cost. The preparation of the book has required much time, labor, and patience in searching through hundreds of manuscript volumes, many with imperfect indices, for the subject-matter. I have endeavored to avoid dry detail so far as possible, and I believe the history will prove to be of general interest as well as a useful addition to our naval literature. It contains interesting historical matter connected with the war of 1812, and also with our late civil war, never before published, as well as important corrections of verdicts pronounced by standard histories, on a partial knowledge of the facts in the case, condemning a former Secretary of the Navy and Captain Tingey, a distinguished naval officer. It has been prepared entirely from the official manuscripts, books, and documents of the Navy Department, and is therefore reliable history. I desire respectfully to state to the Secretary of the Navy in regard to said history:įirst. do you think Deathwish is going to be viable? Should I go Darkrunner instead? I'm a bit confused, so halp.SIR: By order of the commandant of Washington Navy-Yard, and with the approval of the Navy Department, I have prepared a history of the said navy-yard from its origin to the present time, and have turned it over for supervision, etc., to the commanding officer of the yard, Captain Meade, preparatory to its publication by the Navy Department. I was very deadset on Swiftblade but now that I reached 55 I am a bit unsure.

On the other hand I like the mobility the swiftblade in Deathwish provides but the damage just feels lacking and you're kinda forced into a dual-wield spec which I don't mind that much, it's just that I love Nodachis more and it feels like the skillset doesn't seem that great. on one hand I want to play a DR (because I also love Nodachis and I can't play that effectively with a swiftblade.) and I heard Darkrunner is still true and proven.
#Dark runner hiram stats full
But I just reached 55 full hiram on PTS and it just feels incredibly weak to me, I love the mobility but damage wise it really just seems eh. I just tried it out on the PTS and I was originally deadset on playing it. And I really loved the look of the new Swiftblade skillset. I'm preparing to come back for unchained now. nowadays DR plays totally different but I heard it's still a top-notch class. I used to always play DR but that was way back, when all the old combos still worked, like leech, overwhelm, shadowsmite and whatnot. I'm really confused and I'm hoping some of you could help me decide.
